Theology and Religion encompasses the examination of Christian beliefs, practices, and teachings across historical, intercultural, and modern settings, alongside the comparative analysis of global and regional faith traditions, investigating their origins, roles, and significance. Aberdeen's MA in Theology and Religious Studies provides students with an advanced comprehension of Christianity and other principal world religions, covering their historical evolution and current relevance. This program also enables students to select from an extensive array of courses in Arts and Social Sciences disciplines. The Master of Arts (MA) in Theology and Religious Studies is available as either a Designated or Honours degree, with part-time study options (for which applications should be submitted directly to the University rather than through UCAS).
