Ulster University's Planning, Regeneration and Development program offers both a 3-year BSc and a 4-year Integrated Master's (MSci) option. The initial three years are identical for both degrees, with an optional placement year available. Students begin on the BSc track, with the possibility to transition to the MSci after successfully completing the BSc's third/final year.
