This course is designed to support sports coaches in advancing their expertise by expanding their knowledge, refining their skills, and encouraging critical reflection on their coaching methods. The concept of high performance forms the foundation of this Masters program, where participants will be pushed to elevate their coaching through diverse modules centered on personal growth and contemporary coaching techniques. The curriculum aligns with the expectations of the sports coaching industry, employers, professional organizations, and broader community and sector needs. Available in both full-time and part-time formats, the MSc requires completion of 180 credits for the full degree, with alternative exit points at 120 credits (Postgraduate Diploma) or 60 credits (Postgraduate Certificate). Full-time students undertake 60 credits per semester across three terms, while part-time students complete 30 credits per semester in years one and two, followed by 60 credits in year three.
