The Extended MSc International Business with Human Resource Management (HRM) combines the Graduate Certificate program to accommodate students holding qualifications equivalent to a standard degree (third class, pass, or ordinary). The Graduate Certificate serves as a preparatory course, equipping you with essential skills for advancing to the MSc International Business with HRM. Those who achieve at least a 50% overall average in the Graduate Certificate can proceed directly to the MSc stage. This program also offers an Extended MSc International Business with HRM featuring Advanced Practice, incorporating either an internship or project. Completing the eight taught modules of the MSc International Business with HRM enables mastery of both macro and micro aspects of international business, with specialized emphasis on HRM. Your final work—either a Dissertation or Research Project—allows exploration of an HRM topic relevant to international business. The Dissertation option involves designing and executing a significant research project in international business and HRM, while the Applied Research Project option focuses on applying theoretical concepts from the program.
