This program equips HR professionals with essential competencies to enhance employee engagement and drive organizational success. In today's challenging business landscape marked by global competition and constant environmental shifts, strategic human resource management becomes crucial for organizational survival. The significance of workforce quality and effective HR practices as key competitive differentiators is now widely acknowledged. Over four years, the degree curriculum examines core HRM functions including talent acquisition, staff training and development, employee relations, and compensation systems. Students will also explore the legal and ethical considerations of modern workforce management.
