As a Music major, you'll select 40 credits worth of modules each semester from Musicology and Performance Studies pathways. Additionally, you'll take 20 credits per semester in History courses. Through these studies, you'll cultivate diverse writing, speaking, and analytical abilities by examining the historical forces that have influenced contemporary society. The curriculum covers engaging subjects including Cinema and the Vietnam War, Sorcery and the Occult, the Bolshevik Revolution, American Diplomatic Relations, among others.
Ulster's History program will spark your intellectual interest while encouraging critical examination of our world. Your coursework will sharpen various communication and analytical skills as you investigate how historical developments have molded modern civilization. The program features compelling topics such as Vietnam War Films, Magical Practices Through History, the 1917 Russian Upheaval, US International Relations, plus numerous other fascinating areas of study.
