This program tackles current public health challenges and societal health concerns. You'll examine both localized and worldwide health issues while assessing the political and environmental factors behind these epidemiological and social health challenges. The curriculum combines theoretical study with practical experience through clinical placements.
You'll implement modern public health principles in real-world settings, gaining critical insights into complex global health matters and transforming scientific knowledge into sustainable health improvement initiatives.

Our master's programs align with the Public Health Skills and Knowledge Framework (2018), Faculty of Public Health core competencies (2014), and United Nations sustainable development goals (2016).

Choose between an intensive one-year full-time Master of Public Health or a two-year full-time Master of Public Health (Applied) that incorporates practical experience.

The one-year option is ideal if you seek a conventional Master's degree to launch your career quickly or as preparation for the Doctor of Public Health program.

The two-year version builds on the one-year curriculum by adding either a vocational or research internship. Vocational internships offer valuable work experience to strengthen your resume, while research internships allow you to hone analytical, teamwork, and academic skills by collaborating with a research team. While we guarantee research internship placements, vocational internships require independent securing, though we provide guidance and support throughout the process.
