You'll examine fundamental psychology topics while also focusing on specialized clinical psychology modules that provide insight into complex human experiences. These range from addressing mental health conditions, dementia, and suicide to understanding trauma and bullying effects. The curriculum investigates how past experiences shape current behaviors and teaches techniques for reducing psychological distress.
The program equips you with practical clinical abilities applicable to various fields such as education, social services, healthcare organizations, nonprofit work, or advanced studies in our doctoral programs.
Clinical competencies are cultivated through practical evaluations (including test administration and patient interviews), learning to interpret patient histories, address clinical concerns, and create scientifically-supported treatment strategies.
Your growth is prioritized as you join a supportive community that fosters self-expression and meaningful participation, offering tailored professional guidance and personal mentorship to meet your individual requirements.
