Created in collaboration with regional and national employers as well as industry organizations, this program offers both theoretical and hands-on insights into tourism management, readying you for professional life. Our experienced faculty brings varied industry backgrounds and global research perspectives, enabling you to explore international tourism management strategies. Optional overseas excursions further provide opportunities to broaden your horizons and deepen your appreciation of different cultures.
An optional placement year between your second and third year is available to strengthen your resume. Alternatively, you might choose to study overseas, fully embracing a different cultural environment. We also provide shorter-term work and study placement options.

Qualification Requirements

A typical offer is 32-64 tariff points from at least two A levels, T level or equivalent.

For entry onto an undergraduate degree programme, you would normally need a pass in at least two A levels, or equivalent level 3 qualifications as a minimum. The new level 3 T levels, offered from September 2020, will be considered for entry onto our courses. There may be some course-specific requirements. You may also need GCSE passes at grade 4 (or C) or above, or other level 2 qualifications. These may be required in specific subjects, depending on your university course but please visit the relevant course page for more details, including any additional course requirements such as an interview, portfolio or audition. Other level 2 qualifications may be accepted as alternatives. Some courses ask for additional entry requirements because of the requirements of the associated profession.
