The Swansea University Schools Partnership leverages the institution's substantial Physics research capabilities. SUSP delivers exceptional, practice-based initial teacher education that combines academic theory with classroom application. Every component of the program has been co-developed and will be implemented, evaluated and refined through ongoing partnership to maintain this collaborative approach.
Graduates who successfully complete the SUSP PGCE become eligible for Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) recommendation to the Education Workforce Council, opening doors to Newly Qualified Teacher (NQT) positions in schools across the country.
