This program aims to enhance the capabilities of mid-level and senior leaders in healthcare and social services across the UK and worldwide, empowering them to spearhead systemic change and foster innovation in healthcare delivery, operations, and technology. As health systems increasingly prioritize value-based care, there's a growing demand for leaders who can orchestrate both organizational and system-wide reforms. Emerging challenges necessitate a fundamentally different strategy, grounded in prudent principles, to manage change, leverage emerging technologies, and reevaluate the objectives, benefits, and delivery models of current services for communities. Through this curriculum, you'll learn to implement localized innovations with the capacity to influence broader systemic transformation. Qualification Requirements

Students must attain 2:1 (or overseas equivalent) in an undergraduate degree and any degree subject will be considered. We would also be willing to consider those with other backgrounds and work experience in the sector, in place of the degree entry requirement.

Students must also have a minimum of one year relevant work experience. (Additional experience may be required to access the WG funded bursaries on the programme).
