The MA in Ancient History and Classical Culture is an engaging program that explores the rich heritage of ancient Greece, Rome, the Levant, and the Near East, guided by globally respected academics.
This intellectually stimulating program examines the ancient world's history and culture from early Greek civilizations through late antiquity. Study areas may encompass cultural exchanges between Greco-Roman societies and their Afro-Eurasian neighbors, as well as contemporary discussions about preserving ancient artifacts. Students can focus on historical studies, literary analysis, or blend both disciplines, with optional studies in Ancient Greek and Latin languages.
