This accredited law program merges legal studies with criminology, enabling you to explore criminal behavior and justice policies while mastering the legal framework of England and Wales. The curriculum establishes core foundations in both fields during the initial years, culminating in diverse elective options for your final year. You'll acquire essential knowledge across key legal domains required for qualification - including Contract Law, Criminal Law, Land Law, Equity and Trusts, EU Law, Tort Law, and Public Law. Simultaneously, you'll examine fundamental criminology principles, exploring major theories of crime and their application to modern justice systems, research methodologies, and practical implementations. This Law with Criminology undergraduate course cultivates exceptional research capabilities, analytical thinking, and strong written and oral communication skills. Our law programs meet the Solicitors Regulation Authority's requirements for Qualifying Law Degrees (for 2021 entrants) and incorporate the Bar Standards Board's mandatory subjects for aspiring barristers.
