This practical program equips you with all the expertise required to begin your journey as a construction quantity surveyor: from submitting competitive bids to monitoring financial flows and overseeing contractual agreements.

During the program, you'll gain comprehensive insight into the responsibilities of cost management specialists in construction, as outlined by professional organizations, and how these apply across various sectors of the built environment.

A key focus of the program is enhancing your analytical abilities, enabling you to deliver well-founded cost management recommendations in multiple formats. To support this, you'll refine your technical writing and presentation capabilities throughout your studies.

Qualification Requirements

104-120 UCAS tariff points A minimum of two completed A-levels, a BTEC Extended Diploma at MMM or BTEC Diploma at D*D, T-level Pass or equivalent qualification or a combination of qualifications which comply with the minimum entry requirement of 104 UCAS points. A BTEC Subsidiary Diploma will be considered in conjunction with other qualifications. Applications from mature students may also be considered. IELTS minimum 6.0 overall with a minimum of 5.5 in each individual component TOEFL IBT minimum 80 with a minimum of 20 in each individual component
