You'll gain expertise in balancing nutritional standards, product longevity, environmental considerations, and sensory qualities while ensuring food safety throughout production and retail operations.

This foundation program serves as an alternative pathway if you don't fulfill the prerequisites for our BSc (Hons) Food and Nutrition degree or desire additional preparation before undergraduate studies. You'll complete a shared first year with fellow Sheffield Business School foundation students before progressing to the specialized degree program.
