This program is officially recognized by the Institute of Food Science and Technology (IFST) and equips you for diverse careers in the dynamic food industry, which represents the UK's biggest manufacturing field. You'll gain expertise in balancing nutritional standards, product longevity, environmental considerations, and sensory qualities while ensuring food safety throughout production and retail operations.
