The BA Korean combined honours program equips students with advanced skills in written and spoken Korean while offering insights into both traditional and modern Korean culture. This includes exploring historical Korean literature alongside contemporary film and television.
Designed for complete beginners and those with prior Korean language experience, this program includes a mandatory third year in Korea to enhance language skills and cultural understanding. As a combined honours degree, it offers the flexibility to specialize by pairing Korean studies with another discipline. All participants will spend their third academic year at either Korea University or Sogang University in South Korea.
