Robert Gordon University provides a Master's in Journalism program that explores news and current affairs journalism across various formats - from conventional print, radio, and television to modern interactive methods of news collection and delivery for contemporary digital audiences.
This MSc Journalism program examines all facets of journalism, including news analysis, reporting methods, interviewing skills, and legal considerations, alongside practical training in newspaper production, digital news platforms, and broadcast journalism. Students will acquire versatile abilities, from crafting compelling content under pressure to proposing story concepts, creating web content, and producing multimedia news packages.

Applicants normally hold a 2:2 undergraduate honours degree or its equivalent in any subject area.
Applicants with a lower degree classification and / or relevant work experience will be considered on a case by case basis.
Applicants who successfully achieve the RGU Pre-Masters Graduate Certificate Creative and Cultural Business are also eligible to apply or this Masters.
IELTS - 6.5 with a minimum of 5.5 in all 4 components.
TOEFL IBT - 88, Reading - 18,Writing - 17, Speaking -20, Listening -17, PTE Academic 61 with no band less than 51.
