This specialized environmental law program examines legal, policy, and regulatory issues concerning the environment, with focus areas including climate change, energy transition, and sustainable power sources. The curriculum consists of eight instructional modules along with a thesis on a relevant subject.
Students without an LLB or equivalent qualification must complete the Legal Framework module.
Module selection may be restricted due to annual availability, scheduling constraints, prerequisite requirements, visa-related limitations on online courses for international students, or other factors as determined by the School Dean.
