A film's journey involves three crucial stages: scripting, shooting, and editing. The editing phase is where everything converges, crafting meaning through the interplay of visuals and audio. This pivotal stage brings the cinematic narrative to life. While this London-based film editing and post-production program centers on editing, it also equips you with comprehensive post-production expertise. You'll gain proficiency in visual effects, color correction, audio post-production, on-screen graphics, shooting and editing techniques, and broadcast technology.

Industry professionals and guest lecturers will mentor you through a blend of hands-on workshops, problem-solving exercises, lectures, and specialized masterclasses. Past guest instructors have featured renowned editors like Mick Audsley (Murder on the Orient Express), Paul Machliss (Baby Driver), and Lisa Gunning (7 Psychopaths). The program has cultivated enduring partnerships with leading post-production firms such as Avid, Adobe, Apple, Black Magic, and Jigsaw24, along with numerous production houses.
Career paths in post-production typically begin with roles like editing assistants, junior colorists, data managers, VFX trainee compositors, or technical support staff. With experience, professionals advance to positions as editors, color graders, or visual effects artists across film, television, and digital platforms.
