This program was created through collaboration with experts from education, healthcare, social services, and volunteer organizations, alongside input from individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). It aims to enhance the skills of educators and professionals currently working or aspiring to work in this field. Hosted by Queens University Belfast's Centre for Behaviour Analysis, the curriculum aligns with priorities outlined in Northern Ireland's Autism Strategy and related Action Plans. The course focuses on improving understanding, tackling challenges specific to autistic individuals across all ages, and building competencies in research-backed intervention methods.

A 2.1 Honours degree or above or equivalent qualification acceptable to the University in any subject discipline.
Applicants with a 2.2 Honours degree or equivalent qualification acceptable to the University may also be considered if they have at least two years of experience in an education, training or relevant context.
Applicants with a lower level of performance in an Honours degree or equivalent qualification acceptable to the University may also be considered if they have at least three years of experience in an education, training or relevant context.
Applicants with a sub-honours degree level qualification or equivalent qualification acceptable to the University may also be considered if they have at least five years of experience in an education, training or relevant context.
IELTS 6.5 minimum of 5.5 in all four elements of the test
TOEFL iBT 90 with minimum marks as follows- Listening - 17 Reading - 18 Speaking - 20 Writing - 17
