At Queen's, our Spanish program immerses students in the rich literary traditions, historical narratives, cultural expressions, and linguistic nuances of Spanish-speaking regions. We take pride in providing opportunities to explore both Spain and Latin America across various eras, from the Golden Age of early modern Spain and colonial Latin America to 21st century Spain and modern Latin American societies.
Beginners without prior Spanish qualifications (A or AS level) can start their language journey with us.
The curriculum includes essential Spanish language modules that enhance writing, speaking, and translation skills between Spanish and English.
