The curriculum combines analytical research in documentary production with professional-level creative filmmaking.Professional opportunitiesOur Film Department offers exceptional resources to cultivate the expertise needed for career advancement.Graduates from both the Documentary Practice and Directing Fiction tracks complete the program with festival-quality films and the expertise for independent filmmaking or industry positions. All three pathways prepare students for diverse careers in film and media, as well as for doctoral research.
Students need a 2:1 or above at undergraduate level in any arts, social sciences and humanities degrees. Other non-related degrees will be considered on an individual basis. IELTS (Academic) minimum score 7.0 overall with 6.0 in each of Writing, Listening, Reading and Speaking, TOEFL minimum score 100 overall with 21 in Writing, 19 in Reading, 18 in Listening and 21 in Speaking.
