The Intellectual Property LLM program offers you the chance to delve into diverse aspects of intellectual property across multiple sectors. You'll examine fields ranging from biotechnology and pharmaceuticals to entertainment media, apparel design, gaming, and cultural sectors, alongside critical societal and international policy matters like farming practices, economic growth, ethical treatment of animals, and global commerce. The majority of our graduates secure professional positions within half a year after completing their studies. A 2:1 or above at undergraduate level in Law or a degree with substantial law content.
Law graduates with a 2:2 honours degree who also have other legal qualifications and/or substantial professional legal experience may also qualify.
 
Non-law graduates with a minimum second class honours degree, that have also obtained a Merit (or 60 per cent) in the Common Professional Examination (CPE) or Graduate Diploma in Law (GDL) recognised by the UK professional bodies, may also qualify. Non-law graduates may also be considered on the basis of exceptional professional experience (of at least five years) in a legal area or an area directly related to their programme of study.
 
IELTS Academic, IELTS Online, IELTS Indicator: minimum score 7.0 overall with 6.5 in Writing and 6.0 in Listening, Reading and Speaking
TOEFL iBT, TOEFL iBT Home Edition: minimum score 100 overall with 24 in Writing, 19 in Reading, 18 in Listening and 21 in Speaking.
PTE Academic, PTE Academic UKVI, PTE Academic Online: minimum score 76 overall with 71 in Writing, and 65 in Listening, Reading and Speaking.
