Our Master of Science in Real Estate serves as a transition program for aspiring professionals in this fast-paced field.
Created through collaboration with top industry experts, this cutting-edge curriculum incorporates current methodologies and global best practices in real estate. Throughout the program, you'll explore core concepts that form the foundation of the industry.
You'll gain hands-on experience by engaging with real-world professional situations through practical projects. The program fosters international awareness and allows specialization through your final research project. Our extensive alumni network spans the entire profession. Field trips and frequent expert lectures ensure you acquire specialized sector knowledge while creating valuable professional connections. You'll also participate in our alumni-run mentorship initiative. Upon completion, you'll be ready to undertake the Professional Competence Assessment (APC) for Chartered Surveyor qualification.

Qualification Requirements
The course is primarily open to applicants seeking academic conversion, who hold a 2.1 undergraduate honours degree (or international equivalent) in a non-Real Estate subject. Applicants should demonstrate commitment to a career in real estate, preferably with some work experience.
Candidates with 2.2 degrees will be actively considered - evidencing strong final year performance and/or relevant professional experience.
EU & International applicants who have studied a non-RICS Real Estate undergraduate course are welcome to apply, in order to gain accreditation. If your first language is not English you will require a minimum academic IELTS score of 6.5 overall with 6.0 in all components. TOEFL: Overall score 88 includes R22, L21, S24, W21.
