Our Building Information Modeling and Management program offers an adaptable and forward-thinking curriculum. This course meets the changing demands of the construction industry regarding Building Information Modeling (BIM) implementation. You'll tackle authentic challenges mirroring those faced by construction professionals, consultants, and clients. Qualification Requirements
The course is open to applicants who hold a 2.1 undergraduate honours degree (or international equivalent) in any subject. We will actively consider applications from candidates with lower degrees, who can evidence substantiated & relevant experience in construction. Industry professionals with suitable practice qualifications (e.g MRICS, MCIOB) - demonstrating ability to study at master's level, are also encouraged to apply. If your first language is not English you will require a minimum IELTS score of 6.5 overall with 6.0 in all components. TOEFL - 72 overall, with 18 in reading, 17 in writing, 17 in listening and 20 in speaking.
