This program has been designed to encompass food science, clinical and social/behavioral aspects of nutrition, health and wellness, along with professional standards to prepare students for careers in nutrition. As a vocational course, we've incorporated a professional practice module where students can develop practical skills for working in nutrition. The Oxford Brookes Centre for Nutrition and Health serves as a central hub where researchers and PhD students contribute to undergraduate education, fostering a research-driven learning environment.
Current advancements in nutrition will be explored through specialized seminars. Our student-led Nutrition Society organizes guest lectures and events to raise awareness and engagement in the field of nutrition.
