Our Centre for Business and Insolvency Law maintains collaborative relationships with global organizations such as INSOL International, the Insolvency Service, and the World Bank. The center organizes the yearly International Insolvency Conference alongside various other events in cooperation with partner institutions.
Graduates of our LLM program will gain comprehensive knowledge of Corporate and Insolvency Law from both European and international perspectives, while also developing insight into the broader economic and social factors impacting corporate entities. The LLM Corporate Law program concentrates on legal frameworks governing corporations, with particular emphasis on addressing insolvency scenarios.
