Our Centre for Business and Insolvency Law maintains collaborative relationships with global organizations such as INSOL International, the Insolvency Service, and the World Bank. The center organizes the yearly International Insolvency Conference alongside various other events in cooperation with partner institutions.

Graduates of our LLM program will gain comprehensive knowledge of Corporate and Insolvency Law from both European and international perspectives, while also developing insight into the broader economic and social factors impacting corporate entities. The LLM Corporate Law program concentrates on legal frameworks governing corporations, with particular emphasis on addressing insolvency scenarios. This curriculum mirrors the significant advancements in corporate and insolvency law across the UK, EU, and worldwide, providing exceptional prospects for both academic growth and professional specialization.

Qualification Requirements

A good law degree, 2.2 or above.
Applicants whose first degree is not Law will be required to provide evidence of commitment to the LLM subject that they wish to study.
Applicants from other disciplines will be welcomed in appropriate circumstances, particularly if they have experience in the area, even if not as lawyers.

IELTS - 6.5 with minimum of 5.5 in each component
TOEFL iBT - Overall score of 81 with at least 18 Reading, 17 Listening, 20 Speaking, 19 Writing
