Our BA (Hons) Fashion Design program boasts a distinguished reputation, featuring outstanding industry connections both nationally and internationally, along with global recognition.

NTU's fashion alumni are celebrated across the industry for their inventive, forward-thinking design abilities, complemented by a keen understanding of commercial viability, eco-conscious practices, and technological integration. Students can undertake professional placements lasting up to twelve months. Depending on placement duration, you may earn an extra Professional Practice Diploma or Certificate. Participate in optional global study tours to premier events such as Paris Fashion Week. Additionally, you can apply for exchange programs at our partner schools worldwide, including New York's Fashion Institute of Technology and Hong Kong Polytechnic University.

Through individualized and team-based projects, you'll master blending research, creative vision, technical skills, and theoretical knowledge to produce cutting-edge fashion design solutions.

The syllabus mirrors modern industry standards, encompassing comprehensive visual research/conceptualization, material expertise, design refinement, innovative pattern drafting, garment construction, prototyping/product evolution, fashion illustration, visual presentation techniques, sustainable approaches, and futuristic perspectives.
