This program teaches construction project planning, supply chain management, team coordination, and Building Information Modeling (BIM) for streamlined construction workflows.
With high industry demand for construction project managers, graduates can pursue rewarding, high-paying international careers. The curriculum meets Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB) academic standards and holds Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) accreditation.
During your second year's Advanced Practice semester, you'll engage in a Live Project (potentially including collaborative research with faculty), applying classroom knowledge while developing new skills in a practical setting. Learning objectives will be outlined in a personalized contract.
CIOB accreditation confirms the program meets their educational standards, granting graduates full academic exemption for direct membership eligibility without additional assessments.
Research Pathway
Choosing this option places you within our Architecture and Built Environment Research Group, where you might contribute to publishable studies and potentially earn co-author credits - an excellent foundation for research careers.
International Study
Our global exchange network spans Europe, Asia, the Americas, and Oceania. Study Abroad participants spend a semester at a partner university, maintaining English instruction while experiencing new academic cultures. Note: Some destinations may require student visas.
This program best suits those with construction industry experience. Alternative backgrounds may prefer our MSc Project Management program.
