Our Criminology and Forensic Science program is delivered by leading criminology researchers and seasoned forensic professionals, offering comprehensive knowledge about crime analysis and justice system investigations. The curriculum features two core components - the criminology segment explores criminal behavior theories, law enforcement systems, and sentencing alternatives, while the forensic science component focuses on scientific methodologies for crime scene analysis and laboratory evidence processing. You'll gain extensive hands-on lab experience in areas like chemical analysis, bloodstain pattern analysis, DNA profiling, and fiber examination, with an option for a year-long scientific placement after your second year.

This industry-focused program includes optional work placements, STEM outreach initiatives, community volunteering, work-based learning, and international study opportunities. Our unique problem-solving approach enhances both technical expertise and professional growth. The curriculum builds specialized knowledge while fostering personal development through teamwork, independent research, and practical experience.
