This master's program holds full accreditation from the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI). The Development specialization also carries partial accreditation from the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), providing a pathway to achieve Chartered Surveyor status. This course is designed for: those beginning their planning education journey, as well as individuals with prior planning experience from different regulatory backgrounds.
