The periodontium may be impacted by various disorders and ailments, with periodontitis ranking among the most prevalent inflammatory conditions globally. This program will prepare you to deliver advanced care for identifying, preventing, and treating periodontal diseases, along with expertise in dental implant placement and restoration.

Our newly developed MClinDent curriculum features a shared Restorative Dentistry foundation. We offer three tailored pathways allowing dental professionals to develop specialized expertise in: Prosthodontics, Endodontics, or Periodontics
All three disciplines are covered during the initial stage of the MClinDent and maintain relevance throughout stages 2 and 3 as you progress in your Periodontics specialization.

The program emphasizes Implant Dentistry and meets the Training Standards in Implant Dentistry criteria.

These MClinDent courses are structured to correspond with the General Dental Council's UK specialist training frameworks for Endodontics, Periodontics, and Prosthodontics, potentially qualifying participants for UK Royal Colleges Membership examinations.

Graduates can utilize their accumulated clinical and academic portfolio to demonstrate alignment with GDC's specialist curriculum in Periodontics, Endodontics, or Prosthodontics for specialist registration purposes. The GDC maintains UK specialist listing information. Learn more.

Please be aware that program completion doesn't automatically qualify graduates for Royal College examinations or guarantee GDC specialist registration in the UK.
