The Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) are integrated throughout the curriculum. This offers a current perspective on global efforts to create a more sustainable future for humanity and Earth by 2030. You'll examine and engage with ongoing discussions about education's role in developmental processes.
The optional two to four-week fieldwork component presents a unique chance to travel to nations in the Global South (Africa, Asia, and Latin America).
We collaborate with nonprofit organizations Coco and Team Kenya to provide immersive experiences in Tanzania and Kenya. Additional opportunities exist through our partner schools in Barbados, Ecuador, India, and Nigeria. This self-financed trip delivers unparalleled practical exposure that will make course concepts tangible.
The fieldwork module can alternatively be completed within the UK, throughout Europe, virtually, or in your home country, pending approval from the Program Director.
