It encourages you to investigate and refine your personal design processes and philosophies while grounding them in a comprehensive awareness of past, present, and emerging design trends, along with broader societal and cultural influences.
Core modules, taught by production design experts, include theoretical and practical design instruction, materials and manufacturing workshops, group discussions, one-on-one guidance, real-world projects, and research excursions. Hands-on design work is supported by comprehensive workshops for woodworking, metalwork, ceramics, glass, plastics, as well as digital fabrication spaces for laser cutting and large-scale CNC machining.
