Our BSc (Hons) Computer Science program provides comprehensive knowledge of computing's theoretical and practical dimensions, focusing on programming, algorithms, data structures, and computer architecture. The program shares its first year with our BSc (Hons) Software Engineering and BSc (Hons) Applied Computing degrees, offering flexibility to switch between these related disciplines after Year 1.

120-128 UCAS Tariff points GCE A levels - grades BBB or equivalent, and to include minimum grade B in one of the following subjects: IT, Computer Science, Mathematics, CCEA Digital Technology, Software Systems Development or a science subject. Pass the IB Diploma with minimum 30 points overall or 120 UCAS Tariff points from three Higher Level subjects, including HL5 in at least one of IT, Computing, Mathematics or a science subject. If you plan to meet the Level 2 course requirements through your IB Diploma you will need to achieve Higher Level 4 or Standard Level 5 in English and Higher Level 4 or Standard Level 4 in Mathematics.  IELTS 6.0, with no component below 5.5 TOEFL IBT Overall score: 79 With no individual test score below: Listening: 17 Reading: 18 Speaking: 20 Writing : 17
