This program is tailored to equip you for our BA (Hons) Human Resource Management degree. You'll enhance essential academic abilities like writing, along with personal and career growth, setting a strong foundation for your studies. The curriculum explores business operations on both global and national scales, as well as leadership and management strategies within organizations. The Foundation Year further sharpens your analytical capabilities, teaching you to leverage data for driving organizational success. Upon completion, you'll be fully prepared to begin your degree journey, which spans four years (or five with optional work placements or study abroad opportunities).

Pass Access to HE Diploma with a minimum of 74 Tariff points
T Levels - We welcome applications from students undertaking T Level qualifications. Eligible applicants will be asked to achieve a minimum overall grade of Pass as a condition of offer.
Equivalent qualifications and combinations will be considered, including Extended Project when achieved at Grade C or above 
AS levels (or qualifications equivalent to AS level) are not accepted.
