When appropriate, the Institute facilitates collaborative supervision with experts from other Loughborough University London departments and research groups at our East Midlands campus, including the School of Social Sciences and Humanities.

Current PhD research topics at the Institute include: UK immigration policy frameworks, radicalization prevention strategies in British public policy, Northern Ireland's European identity during Brexit, modern Polish foreign policy narratives, women's role in Ukrainian cultural diplomacy, and crisis management approaches during Brexit, COVID-19, and climate emergencies.
