The MA in User Experience and Service Design prepares students to excel as human-centered designers in professional settings, with a focus on creating socially and environmentally conscious products and services. Through this program, you'll enhance your abilities in both the creative and analytical dimensions of UX while tackling varied projects. This encompasses designing experiences that merge digital and physical environments, adopting an empathetic and systemic perspective, and leveraging emerging technologies like artificial intelligence (AI) and augmented reality (AR) to craft engaging product and service solutions.
You'll acquire essential expertise in UX design fundamentals and methodologies, covering: qualitative and quantitative research techniques, narrative development, interactive prototyping, video and experience prototyping, interaction design, usability evaluation, service design, social design, collaborative teamwork, and project leadership. Your UX research and design capabilities will be further refined through an evidence-driven final project.
