Students gain hands-on flight testing experience through a specialized course involving up to four flights in a laboratory-equipped aircraft. The curriculum features Aircraft and Gas Turbine Design modules, where you'll apply theoretical knowledge to create detailed engineering solutions for specific design requirements. During your final year, you'll collaborate on designing next-generation aircraft and undertake an independent research project tackling genuine engineering problems.
