From individual athletes to complete sports teams. Beginners to elite competitors. Young players to seasoned professionals and more. This program provides all the specialized knowledge required to support individuals at every activity level through their recovery journey. Our Graduate Sport Rehabilitators (GSRs) are educated as frontline practitioners capable of providing immediate care during sporting events, with full qualifications to evaluate and manage musculoskeletal injuries from the moment they occur. The curriculum strongly focuses on preventing injuries and designing exercise plans, covering return-to-sport strategies, performance optimization, and enhancing wellbeing for those recovering from injuries or managing health conditions. As part of one of the nation's largest Schools of Allied and Community Health within the Institute of Health and Social Care, you'll train in cutting-edge facilities surrounded by an extensive support network. The program also offers valuable additional qualifications, including registration as a Sports Massage Therapist and completion of the RFU-accredited Pre-Hospital Immediate Care In Sport Course (Level 2).

LSBU boasts outstanding on-campus resources, featuring the specialized LSBU Active clinic alongside advanced clinical and human performance labs. Beyond our exceptional facilities, our central London position offers convenient access to diverse clinical placement opportunities in health, sports, and exercise settings - an essential component of your studies.
