Combining design thinking with hands-on prototyping in both physical and digital realms, you'll acquire all the theoretical and practical expertise needed to excel as a versatile product designer.

You'll apply your knowledge of methods, materials, manufacturing, and engineering by taking a product from initial concept to final model and prototype. Additionally, you'll have the chance to complete a paid industrial placement year. Our program is among the few long-standing degrees with IED accreditation. This course fully satisfies the academic criteria for becoming a Registered Product Designer (RProdDes) and partially fulfills the requirements for Chartered Technological Product Designer (CTPD).
