Our BSc (Hons) in Sport Psychology, Coaching, and Physical Education provides comprehensive insight into sports science and its applications across competitive, community, and recreational sports. You'll examine how coaching and teaching require diverse skill sets adaptable to different sports and settings. The program covers crucial topics such as sport psychology, human movement, sport's societal influence, and how sports development contributes to personal growth throughout life.

This bachelor's program equips you with techniques to motivate, enhance, and advance athletic performance and participation. The coaching competencies you'll acquire are valuable for both elite athletes and community sports initiatives.

With schools increasingly relying on external coaches for sports programs and more sports professionals transitioning into teaching roles, you'll be positioned to inspire inactive youth to embrace physical activity for better health.

We'll enhance your coaching and teaching abilities while giving you access to a spacious sports facility equivalent to six badminton courts and fully-equipped sports science laboratories.

Our faculty includes experts with extensive coaching experience, some holding international and world championship credentials. Every course module benefits from modern, well-maintained facilities.

The curriculum delves into multiple disciplines: Sport psychology investigates mental influences on athletic performance and engagement. Exercise physiology explores bodily adaptations to physical activity and environmental stressors. Biomechanics studies human movement mechanics, while sport sociology examines cultural factors that shape and validate different sports.
