The Bachelor of Science in Games Animation, Modelling and Effects (GAME) is a cutting-edge program designed to equip students with the creative abilities required in the gaming sector.

As a student artist, you'll enhance your digital art capabilities from both creative and technical perspectives. The curriculum covers essential topics like 3D modeling, character rigging, motion animation, surface texturing, lighting/camera techniques, visual effects (VFX), and final rendering processes.

The degree features mandatory modules that foster collaboration between game artists and programmers, mirroring the teamwork essential in professional game development. Students from both disciplines will combine their specialized skills to co-create games through joint projects.

Graduates will be qualified for various industry roles including concept development, technical art, texture creation, VFX production, character/model design, animation, and visual design positions.

a minimum of grades CCD in three A levels, one of which must be from a relevant subject (or a minimum of 88 UCAS points from an equivalent Level 3 qualification, e.g. BTEC Level 3 Extended Diploma/Diploma, or Advanced Diploma, or Progression Diploma, or Access to HE Diploma of 60 credits)
GCSE English and Mathematics at grade C/grade 4 or above (or equivalent)
