The Fashion Photography BA program combines strong industry connections with guidance from world-class academics and professionals, pushing you to explore photography through innovative and demanding assignments. You'll develop a comprehensive grasp of visual aesthetics, creative concepts, and image creation/dissemination techniques while mastering the conceptual and technical abilities vital in our visually driven society—crafting groundbreaking work through real-world projects.
At London Met, Fashion Photography BA students enjoy premium resources including professional-grade studios, cameras, film processing labs, traditional darkrooms (B&W and color), and advanced digital editing suites.
This program cultivates artistic sensibility and creative growth via industry-aligned projects, featuring networking opportunities with professionals through portfolio critiques, guest lectures, exhibition visits, and studio tours.
We actively facilitate internships—current Fashion Photography BA students, with faculty support, have secured positions at Wonderland Magazine, Espero Studio, and as assistants to leading fashion photographers.

you should have:
a minimum of grades BBC in three A levels in art or design subjects (or a minimum of 112 UCAS points from an equivalent Level 3 qualification, eg BTEC Level 3 Extended Diploma/Diploma, Advanced Diploma, Progression Diploma or Access to HE Diploma with 60 credits)
a portfolio interview
If you do not have traditional qualifications or cannot meet the entry requirements for this undergraduate degree, you may still be able to gain entry by completing our Film, Photography and Media (including foundation year) BA (Hons) degree.
