Upon enrollment at LJMU, you'll be assigned up to three supervisors (including a Lead Supervisor) to support you throughout your research journey. This team conducts both formal and informal progress assessments regularly.
Annually, every Faculty submits a comprehensive progress report on all eligible postgraduate research students to the University Research Degrees Committee.
During your studies, you'll have access to support from LJMU's Doctoral Academy, which provides specialized assistance for students enrolled in MPhil and PhD programs.
