The MRes Organisation, Work and Technology program is tailored for individuals interested in studying topics related to Organisation, Work and Technology, with an emphasis on theoretical and research aspects rather than practical application. It offers increased flexibility in module selection, structured around mandatory courses (45 credits) providing research training, along with:
Specialization modules (30 credits) selected to align with each student's research focus. These modules are drawn from OWT's master's programs (MSc in HRM, MA in HR and Consulting, or MSc in Digital Business, Innovation and Management). Students pick modules from the program most relevant to their research goals.
Elective modules (45 credits) can be chosen from additional OWT offerings or the Faculty of Arts and Social Science (with at least one FASS module providing theoretical foundation for their research).
All participants complete a research dissertation (60 credits).
This structure enables customization of the program to individual objectives and interests, facilitating deeper engagement with core theories, concepts, and discussions in the field.
