Financial mathematicians focus on optimizing decisions amid uncertain conditions. Our intensive program equips you with the expertise to emerge as a key decision-maker and leader in your professional field.

The study of financial mathematics involves analyzing and processing data to derive meaningful insights and forecast trends. While especially valuable in finance and business, the competencies acquired through this program have broad applications and are in high demand. Across the three-year curriculum, you'll benefit from the combined knowledge of three specialized departments: Mathematics and Statistics, Accounting and Finance, and Economics.

In your first year, you'll expand upon your existing grasp of mathematical principles and methodologies. The curriculum spans diverse subjects, from calculus, probability, and statistics to logical reasoning, proofs, and theorems. Alongside strengthening your technical and mathematical abilities, you'll sharpen your capabilities in data interpretation, analytical thinking, and quantitative analysis. This foundational year also includes an overview of accounting and finance, offering a thorough grounding in the field's core concepts and practices, such as financial reporting, corporate finance, and financial statement evaluation.
