The Graduate Entry Medicine Program offers biomedical/life science graduates with honors degrees, as well as qualified healthcare professionals, an accelerated path to earn their medical degree. This streamlined approach allows students to skip the initial year of a traditional medical program, completing their qualifications in four years instead of five or six. The curriculum combines medical sciences with hands-on clinical training, emphasizing patient-centered learning from the start. Teaching takes place at prestigious partner hospitals like Guy's, King's College, and St Thomas' - among London's top-ranked and busiest teaching hospitals. The program provides clinical rotations at regional hospitals throughout Southeast England and more than 350 general practices. Students learn from internationally recognized clinicians and researchers who are pioneers in medical science. As part of a comprehensive university, students can explore diverse subjects beyond medicine, including humanities and social sciences. The program maintains partnerships with elite medical schools worldwide, offering global clinical exchange opportunities during elective periods.
