This combined mathematics and philosophy program provides an exceptionally broad selection of philosophy courses, spanning from ancient Greek thinkers to contemporary theories, with specialized focus areas in philosophy of mind, philosophy of science, and classical philosophy. The mathematics component establishes a comprehensive grounding across multiple mathematical disciplines, such as algebra, calculus, statistics, and geometry. Those enrolled in the Mathematics & Philosophy with a Year Abroad BSc will dedicate their third year to international study before completing their final year at King's. Students in the three-year program have the option to switch to the four-year Mathematics & Philosophy with a Year Abroad BSc.

Must include grade 6 in Higher Level Mathematics.
Standard requirements
The Access to Higher Education Diploma must be 60 credits in total.
Access to Higher Education Diploma with 45 Level 3 credits overall: 36 credits must be from units awarded at Distinction, with 9 at Merit.
The Access to Higher Education Diploma must include at least 30 Level 3 credits in Mathematics awarded at Distinction. Syllabus must contain Pure Mathematics.
The Access to Higher Education Diploma must be in a relevant subject - Mathematics or similar - to be considered.
IELTS (Academic) - 7.0 overall with a minimum of 6.5 in each skill.
TOEFL iBT - 100 overall with a minimum of 25 in writing and 23 in each of the other skills.
Pearson Test of English (Academic) - 69 overall with a minimum of 62 in each communicative skill.
