Our Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in English Language & Linguistics program delves into the connections between language, culture, and society. Students gain comprehensive insights into how language functions across various social environments, including both traditional and digital media, educational contexts, professional organizations, and creative expressions like literature and cinema. The curriculum also examines the relationship between language and cognition, along with the study of English phonetics, vocabulary, and grammar. Throughout the course, students will have numerous chances to engage in hands-on research projects involving linguistic data collection and analysis.
